Celebrate the Puffballs of the World

I had the tremendous pleasure of viewing this 22 minute film by Dewitt Jones, called "Celebrate What's Right with the World." Mr. Jones is a photographer who worked for the National Geographic, and describes how the vision and mission of that magazine helped to shape his life. Whether there are dandelions or puffballs (you'll have to watch it!), he gives us insight into the power of our perspective to shape our beliefs and ultimately our experience of reality.

I highly recommend taking the time for these beautiful images and important message of transformation and wellness. And please, post your comments and thoughts to share!

I loved that 22 minute video! It was soo inspiring for me to watch and hear him speak from the place of positivity and delight that I love to live in too! I know that the NSA work you have been doing with me has helped my nervous system to find the safety it needed so that I can drop deeply into the stream of inner peace and bliss that flows within me so often these days.

I was the peace clown for our Mill Valley Memorial Day parade, and also wore the costume for Halloween when I went around Mill Valley and handed out candy and my prescription for inner peace (like the sign I carried in the parade).

"MAYA'S PRESCRIPTION
FOR INNER PEACE
DAILY DOSES OF WONDER & DELIGHT
VIGOROUS EXERCISE OF SELF-KINDNESS
(SELF-KINDNESS OPENS YOUR
HEART TO OTHERS)"

This is one of my ways of "celebrating what is right with the world"!
